Membership Conditions
Kingston Football Club Membership Conditions
Membership to the Club is by application and subject to the approval of the Board.
All members must abide by the rules and articles of the Kingston FC and any breach
of these rules may result in forfeiture of membership if the infraction is deemed
serious enough.
1. Membership cards will only be issued when all due monies are paid in full. This does not apply to identified senior players as this money can be recovered from match payments.
2. Until cards have been issued, any player not paid up will be expected to pay at the gate on match days.
3. No entitlements as listed on the attached schedule of costs will be available until monies are paid in full.
4. Payments may be made in a maximum of three instalments only.
5. Social members will have a separate card clearly marked "social member" which will not gain access at the gate on match days.
6. A Members draw will be conducted each Thursday night based on the membership ticket number. The winning number holder must be in attendance at the Clubrooms on the day to be entitled to collect. ( NB: The type of prize is to be decided by the committee.)
7. Junior members will not be entitled to entry to the jackpot draw due to legal constraints.
8. All paid up members will receive an invitation to the AGM.
General Membership Rules
• All KTFC players are required to be paid up members by 30th
April each year.
• Officials memberships are due and should be paid prior to the first game of
the home and away season
• Concession memberships will only be issued to people who can produce a valid
concession card. This is also available to students who are in year 12 or less,
it is not available to University students
• Members must be in attendance when the Jackpot is drawn each Thursday night or
the prize will jackpot to the following week. They must also be carrying the
card allocated to them and that aligns with the list held by the Membership
Director
• Kingborough Tigers Football Club reserves the right to refuse or cancel the
membership of any person deemed to be in breach of the club rules or of bringing
the club into disrepute by their actions either as part of a club organised
function or as an individual.
• Players and officials membership fees may be deducted from any monies owed to
them by virtue of match payments, coaches payments, or any other payments due
from the club for services.
• These rules can only be added to or deleted at any time if agreed to by an
official meeting of the KTFC committee
• A list of these rules will be on display in the clubrooms at all times during
the season. |
